Ciao! Have you ever wanted something so bad that you were willing to do anything to get there? I finally have my chance… I’m Chef Antonio, and I’m heading to Italy for two months leaving behind my business, wife and daughter to explore the option of making Italy our new home. I grew up in a family that has several restaurant and have been working in kitchens since I was seven years old. I love cooking and creating but I’m tired of chasing the “American Dream”. I would much rather work where I can look out and see the Adriatic Sea or the Tuscan Hills. On my two month journey I will be learning the Italian ways in restaurants in Parma, Bari, and Alba.
